This is a good craft to use with lessons on faith and trust. After making the boxes, students can write their prayers and worries on paper and put them in the box. This will help them understand that we should let go of our worldly concerns and let God take care of what we have trusted to Him.

Craft Supplies:

• Oatmeal Box 18 oz. paper cut to 6 3/4" x 12 1/2"
• paper cut to 3 1/4" diameter circle for top
• markers, stickers or stamps

Craft Instructions:

Let your students color their piece of paper with the verse or design. Glue or tape the picture around the box. You can cut a slit in the top of the box if you like. Suggested verse: 1 Peter 5:6-8
