These make great little Mother's Day gifts or nice items to sell at fund raisers. Craft Supplies:
- Wooden hoop any size (I used a small 4" size for this project)
- Bridal netting
- Potpourri
- Lace
- Ribbon
- Small flowers with bendable wires

Craft Instructions:
- Take two pieces of netting and cut them in circles about 3 inches larger than the hoop. I used the bridal netting that is already cut in circles for party favors.
- Separate the hoops.
- Place one piece of netting on top of the inside hoop.
- Place a small amount of potpourri on top of the netting.
- Place the second piece of netting on top of the potpourri
- Take the outer hoop and place on top of the previous layers and tighten it up. You can trim off the excess netting if you want to or leave it on.
- Hot glue the lace to the outside hoop
- Work wire stemmed flowers into the top screw tightner.
- Hot glue each end of the ribbon to either side for hanging.
